    As a veteran Bible reader, I think this is one of the best modern translations. There are many technical and theological reasons for my opinion, but chief among them is the fact that it has captured a nuance to the way handles today's English language reminiscent of what I imagine the AV conveyed to the readers in 17th century England.

    This will never be one of my primary, go-to English versions, but it reads well and is a helpful addition to my English Bible collection for comparison. My main complaint with this Bible is that it is only a Readers Edition, so it lacks most of the study tools available on Logos. I would like Logos to turn it into a Research Edition.

    Best modern open bible translation. I'm looking forward for the release of the interlinear, the Greek text, and the Literal Bible.
