Pro and Max subscribers are eligible for the 5% annual reward program. This program gives subscribers a coupon worth 5% off all qualifying purchases made while continuously subscribed during the past calendar year—including qualifying items in the transaction that initiated the subscription.

To receive the reward, subscribers must remain active on a Pro or Max subscription until the reward coupon is issued. For example, if you downgrade from or cancel a Pro or Max subscription, and restart it later in the year, only the purchases made after returning to the subscription will be included in the 5% annual reward.

• Reward coupon codes will be sent each February. If you’re eligible, you’ll receive an email providing the code and the amount earned. We’ll share reminders in other places as well (e.g., our community).
• Reward coupon codes must be used on a single purchase and expire 90 days from issuance. Since the reward is one-time use only, any unused amount will not carry over to any other transaction. (For example, if your reward code is $6, use it on a purchase greater than $6 to redeem the entire value.)

Usage restrictions:

• Must be an active Pro or Max subscriber.
• Purchases of credit, subscriptions, bulk licenses, and group licenses will not count toward the 5% promo code, nor will tax or payment plan fees.
• 5% promo code can NOT be used to purchase the following items: purchase of credit, bulk licenses, and is subject to other exemptions.
• Only purchases made during the time you are a subscriber qualify for rewards.
• Purchases made with Logos credit will earn rewards.
• Promo codes are non-transferable and not retroactive.
• Single-use only.
