One of the most important procedures that any ministry must implement for the development of an effective and efficient ministry, is that of preparing and maintaining proper and adequate documentation of its operations. Documentation is the ministry’s representation of the past, present and future. The primary purpose of this manual is to bring consistency to the many applications of church operations.
The Administrative Forms Manual includes a vast assortment of illustrative forms, reports, worksheets, checklists, etc., which support the various operations of the church. Rex I. Frieze holds a Bachelors degree in Finance and a Masters degree in Business/Accounting. He passed the Certified Public Accountant examination after completing his formal education. Rex’s secular work experience consists of six years with an international CPA firm, and two years as Corporate Controller for a conglomerate of oil companies. While in the oil business, he felt God’s call to surrender his life, business and financial skills and professional abilities to full-time Christian service. Stating his spiritual gift to be administration, he is dedicated and spiritually committed to the Lord, the Church, God’s people and the stewardship of God’s money and all His resources.
