Which library do I choose?

Why is the price different for individuals vs. churches?
Individual libraries often receive Dynamic Pricing. Bulk purchases don’t include Dynamic Pricing. However, as an L4C church you'll receive a generous bulk discount to equip your leaders.

Shouldn’t the libraries be in the church’s name, not the leader’s?
While subscription licenses are easily transferrable, library licenses must be tied to a specific end user, per publisher agreements. We recommend assigning Logos subscription licenses and libraries to each individual’s personal email address. That way, they’ll own their library and continue making it their own with notes, add-on purchases, and more.

Are libraries transferrable?
Library licenses are permanent and cannot be transferred once assigned. If a mistake was made during the assigning of a license contact our Customer Support team at cs@logos.com within the first 30 days of purchase. We’ll assist you in assigning it to the right leader.

Does my leader lose their library if I cancel a subscription?
No. Libraries are a one-time purchase and it’s your leader’s to keep, even if you cancel your subscription.

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee return on all non-subscription products.
To return a product email customerservice@logos.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- The email used when making your purchase
- The order number
- The reason you want to return the product
We’ll process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. Items can be returned only once for the lifetime of your account. Monthly service fees associated with payment plans are nonrefundable. Returns on subscription products are subject to our subscription auto-renew policy.
