Dr. Charlene Geary earned a Doctorate in Law and Policy from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, where she teaches in the Undergraduate Leadership Program in the College of Professional Studies. Dr. Geary’s professional background is in telecommunications and real estate as well.  Charlene has published works on the topic of real estate and she continues to conduct research in the area of land-use policy. Charlene and her husband, Tom, are native Bostonians and the parents of two adult children.
