As a Lynchburg, VA native, Dr. Chung has seen how the Lord has blessed and used Liberty University over the years. After completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia, she came to Liberty to complete the MDiv and ThM. She finished her PhD in Biblical Spirituality at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, writing on biblical meditation and the visual arts. Dr. Chung teaches courses in both biblical studies and theology. She has contributed to various journals, as well as Approaching the New Testament (B&H Academic, 2022).
