William J. Schnell became a Jehovah’s Witness in 1921 and spent over 30 years in the movement. He separated from the movement in 1954 and became a born-again Christian. He wrote books about his experience, including Thirty Years a Watchtower Slave, Into the Light of Christianity, and Jehovah’s Witnesses Errors Exposed.
