Top Highlights

“Our problem is, we attempt to worship God through our physical body and soul, leaving out our spirit, which must be regenerated in order to worship, which without, God will not accept.” (Page 33)

“The Believer must be very careful that things of God are never equated in their minds as God.” (Page 132)

“Clearly, Faith in Christ has a decisive impact on the way a person thinks.” (Page 95)

“This Verse sheds more light on the previous Verse, telling us that our Lord descended, not only from Deity to humanity and from humanity to infamy and death (Phil. 2:5–11), but also into the lower parts of the Earth—into Hell itself to conquer Hell and liberate captive souls from Satan (Ps. 16:10; 68:18; Mat. 12:40; Heb. 2:14–15). However, the part of Hell to which He descended was the Paradise part, and as well even as Peter said, ‘He … preached unto the spirits in prison’ (I Pet. 3:19). These were not men, but rather fallen angels who were locked away and are there even now (II Pet. 2:4). There is no record that He went into the burning side of Hell.” (Pages 305–306)

“The title ‘Yahweh’ identifies God as the living, active, ever-present Lord, Who intervenes (and that’s very important) in history on behalf of His people.” (Page 73)
