Shipping Policy of Physical Items
We process orders for in-stock merchandise in one to two business days. Orders are processed through our warehouse very quickly, so it is unlikely that we will be able to intercept an order and make changes once the order has been placed. Please note that orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time will ship the following business day so there is time to cancel some orders. This excludes Saturday or Sunday and certain holidays.
Orders with express shipping selected (“2-Day” or “Next Day”) are processed and shipped within one business day. However, “2-Day” and “Next Day” indicate the estimated delivery time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and do not include the processing time at our fulfillment center.
If you receive a damaged item, we will ship the exchange item free of shipping charges.
If you should need to return an order, please allow 10 business days from the day your package is received for your return to be processed.
Shipping Policy of Print Books
Some print books ordered through lexhampress.com are not shipped from our facilities. These orders are held to a stricter cancellation period. Print books not canceled by 8am the day following the order will be shipped out and cannot be recalled as they are shipped from the printer and not from our warehouse. This excludes Saturday or Sunday and certain holidays.
If you need to return an order, please include your order number or account email so that we may associate the item that you are returning with your account. Please allow 7-10 business days from the day your package is received in our warehouse for your return to be processed.
Shipping Costs
Products such as books, Bibles, and physical items qualify for standard ground shipping via USPS’s media mail. Since our shipping costs are dynamic based on shipping address and volume/weight of items we can only provide a guidance of estimated shipping costs:

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee return period on all non-subscription products. Once your product is returned, we will process your refund within seven to ten business days. Any specific item may be returned only once for the lifetime of your account. Monthly service fees associated with payment plans are nonrefundable. Returns on subscription products are subject to our subscription auto-renew policy.

- The email used when making your purchase
- The order number
- The reason you want to return the product
