About the Referral Program

  • Referral rewards are only paid out when a referred customer starts a free trial of Logos Premium, Pro, or Max.
  • Logos reserves the right to change the conditions of the referral program at any time.
  • Referral rewards only qualify if the purchase is made through the referral link. Phone sales and payment plans do not qualify.
  • Logos is not responsible for purchases that did not track due to technical issues.
  • Please note our program dashboard and tracking may not work properly with the Opera and Brave web browsers.
  • Participants who share referral links inappropriately or are suspected of fraud will be removed.
  • Referral links are intended to be shared only with friends and family..

30-Day Free Trial Offer

  • The 30-day free trial is only valid for first-time subscribers.
  • The free trial applies only to Logos Premium, Pro, or Max subscriptions.
  • Currently, the referral link only shares the English Logos subscription. Additional languages for the referral program will be available soon.
  • A customer can only redeem a free trial once.
  • Free trial terms and conditions are subject to change.

Referral Credit Reward

  • Credit only applies to purchased made on Logos.com and cannot be applied to payment plans.
  • $25 will be added to your account for approved purchases.
  • Credit will be given up to 40 days after purchase.
  • Rewards may be canceled if fraud is detected.
  • If your referral is considered fraudulent and you would like to appeal, you can submit that here.
  • There is a limit of 60 referrals per customer, after which you will be automatically added to the affiliate program.
  • Credit cannot be shared and is only valid for the account participating in the referral program.
  • Logos employees are not eligible to receive credit
  • If you believe you should have received credit for a referred purchase but did not after 60 days, you can click here to submit an appeal.

Who can participate in the referral program?

    Any Logos customer with a Logos.com account can participate in our referral program. Logos reserves the right to ban participants if foul play is suspected. Currently, the referral program is only available for English Logos products.

When will I receive my referral reward?

    Rewards will be processed once a month, so you can expect your reward within 35 days at most.

Do referral rewards expire?

    At this time, rewards do not expire, although that is subject to change.

What happens if my friend forgets to use my referral link?

    Logos will only reward customers whose purchases are tracked through the referral system.

Can I refer someone who’s already using the app?

    You can refer a customer who is already using Logos as long as they don’t have an active Logos subscription.

How can I track my referrals and rewards?

    Visit Logos.com/referral-program and make sure you are signed in to your Logos account to see a listing of your referrals.

What if my referral doesn’t show up in my account?

    Logos is not responsible for untracked referrals and will not give rewards unless the referral is tracked through our referral system. The referral must happen on the same device that the customer clicks the referral link through. For example, if a customer uses your referral link on a phone but completes the purchase on their computer, the order will not be tracked.

Can I refer myself?

    No, our system will detect the order as fraudulent and you’ll be automatically banned from the program.

What happens if a referred friend cancels their subscription?

    Since the reward is based on the customer getting a free trial, if they cancel their subscription, it will not impact your reward.

What if I have an issue with my referral reward?

    Please email partnerships@logos.com if you have any questions or issues with your referral reward.
