    Why would you include the book without the images? It does come with a study guide that contains a summary of each chapter which is a plus but excluding images is hard to get over

    a quick questions. I have bought the book (print edition) and it came with CD with the electronic format (libronix). I have a mac. Is there a way that I can install the book on my mac? The CD is not compatible.
