Notes, highlighting and more unleashed with new
Logos Bible app for iOS

Bible study on the go made easier than ever

BELLINGHAM, Wash. ― The new Logos Bible app lets iPhone and iPad users jot notes on any Bible passage or book in their library while marking text with more than 80 colors and symbols. Access original Greek and Hebrew words through a tap-and-hold on any word in the Bible. A split-screen display, social sharing and 41 free books—plus 26 more with a free account—are just a few other features users enjoy with their free iOS app.

iOS Preview “Taking notes and highlighting go hand in hand with Bible study, and Logos’ new app for iPhones and iPads lets you attach your thoughts and comments to verses or books in your library just about anywhere,” said Logos President/CEO Bob Pritchett. “When you are mobile, we want your Bible study to be as productive as if you were sitting behind your desk—with everything you need at your fingertips.”

The new iOS app allows users to access a wide range of text markup options—such as size, color and emphasis—as well as background contrast. It also features powerful library management, a media resource viewer, word studies, a passage guide, reading plans, and compatibility with 21,000 resources from Logos and Vyrso: Christian Ebooks.

Additionally, app users can now enjoy library sorting, create inline footnotes and access their favorites offline. Along with a text comparison between multiple Bible versions, this app features “quick jump,” where users can tap a Scripture reference in a book to see the actual Bible text. And not only is the word info popover scrollable, but favorites folders can be synced from the Logos desktop app.
