Douglas Estes (PhD, Nottingham) is associate professor of religion at New College of Florida. He is the author or editor of twelve books and more than fifty articles and essays, including Braving the Future: Christian Faith in a World of Limitless Tech (Herald, 2018) and two volumes of Theology and Tolkien (Lexington/Fortress, 2023–2024). He is advisor at AI & Faith, and his next edited volume focuses on the use of AI for biblical translation and interpretation.
