Faithlife Women conference applies God’s Word to life’s struggles

NEWS RELEASE

More than a dozen of world’s most influential Christian women converge Sept. 6–8 in Dallas at inaugural event presented by Logos Bible Software

DALLAS, July 19, 2012 — New York Times bestselling author Angela Thomas, celebrated writer and counselor Elyse Fitzpatrick and National Religious Broadcasters board member Dr. Lois Evans, along with other top Christian leaders, will share how women can apply the Bible to the difficult areas of their lives — areas often buried by the pressures of society. This September 6–8 in Dallas, the 2012 Faithlife Women conference will examine how God’s Word directs women to live out their faith in the real world.

“Sometimes life requires us to jump into the realm of the unknown . . . leaves us waiting in the dark,” featured Faithlife Women speaker Angela Thomas reminds women. “The moments between jumping and being caught, the days that keep you sitting in the dark and waiting alone, the season of staggering that comes from being tossed aside — each can be a holy place . . . a holy place called trust.”

The Faithlife Women conference sets out to help women tie their faith into their everyday lives, especially into those parts of life that oftentimes seem impossible to deal with in a godly way. Love, marriage, wellness, communication, motherhood and friendship are just a few of the topics that will be explored by 13 acclaimed Christian leaders at the conference, in accordance with God’s Word and his intention for women’s lives.

Early bird registration — currently $89 — has been extended through August 15.
