Tech Tuesday: How to Avoid Overplaying Worship Songs

Proclaim Song Usage Reports

Now you can avoid the “we do this song too much” complaint. Proclaim’s song history reports let you quickly see what songs you’ve done, and when. This helps you:

  • Avoid getting into a rut with certain songs
  • Keep good songs from falling through the cracks
  • Easily report your usage to CCLI

How to find your report

Read this article for full instructions, but it’s pretty simple: launch Proclaim, click your photo icon in the top right corner (your Account), and select View Song Usage Reports.

Then you can see two versions of your song usage: one showing what songs you did and when, and one tailored for CCLI reporting (if you have a CCLI account).

Using this feature is a great way to add variety to your song choice, and it saves you a lot of time planning sets and generating CCLI reports.
