Proclaim 101: Create Your Account

When you use Proclaim, you connect your entire church to a single creative outlet—you can synchronize your services and tap into the creative potential of the whole church body. We’re so confident you’ll love Proclaim that we’re inviting you to try it free. Whether you’re creating your trial account or you’re ready to subscribe, here are some basics about account creation that you’ll want to know:

1. Keep your group and connect unlimited accounts

When you subscribe to Proclaim, you create a group. You can add as many individual accounts to that group as you want, but the subscription is linked to the group. (By the way, if you want to make changes, it’s a lot easier to edit and rename your group than to delete it and start over.)

2. Enjoy the security of Faithlife

Connecting your subscription to your whole group helps you access the creativity of the entire community. And since your group is created through Faithlife, you have all the protection of Faithlife’s privacy settings. Not only can you invite worship-team members, staff, and members of the congregation to contribute—you can choose how much control they have, just like you would with other groups within the church.

3. Unlock the potential of your church

People glorify God in different ways; everyone in your team, your staff, and your congregation has something unique to offer. Proclaim helps you enable that God-glorifying potential by freeing and guiding the work particular group members can contribute to. As you recognize the strengths of individuals in your church, Proclaim lets you add those strengths to your collaborative efforts. The more someone demonstrates their organizational, creative, and spiritual worth, the more freedom you can give them to affect the look and feel of your church. As a group administrator, you have the power to help foster and recognize the gifts of others. We’ll talk more about how Proclaim groups help you do this soon.
