Jessica LaGrone is the Executive Director of the Beeson International Center for Biblical Preaching and Church Leadership at Asbury Theological Seminary. She is an ordained elder in the Global Methodist Church and serves on its leading Connectional Council. LaGrone holds an MDiv from Asbury Seminary and a DMin in transformational preaching from Wesley Seminary at Indiana Wesleyan University, with a concentration on creativity in preaching. She has written numerous books and studies, including Out of Chaos: How God Makes New Things from the Broken Pieces of Life (Zondervan, 2022), Broken and Blessed: How God Used One Imperfect Family to Change the World (Abingdon, 2014), and The Miracles of Jesus: Finding God in Desperate Moments (Abingdon, 2012).
