Dr. Foley holds a degree in religious studies with a second major in finance and a minor in classics from Washington University in St. Louis. He then completed a MDiv at Yale Divinity School, focusing on the theology of the early and medieval church, and a PhD in Religion from Baylor. He is currently finishing a book: 'The Anti-Greed Gospel' (Brazos, 2025). He is a pastor at Mosaic Waco.
