Overview

Carol J. Dempsey, OP, is professor of theology at the University of Portland, specializing biblical studies. She has a PhD from Catholic University of America. She is the author of several books, including Isaiah: God’s Poet of Light and Justice: A Biblical Perspective. She is the lead editor of the Theology in Dialogue series, and is on the editorial board for The Journal of Catholic Higher Education and Dominican Studies.
