The Journal for the Evangelical Study of the Old Testament (JESOT) is a peer-reviewed journal that provides a venue for high-level scholarship on the Old Testament from an evangelical standpoint. In Volume 3, readers can gain insights into Melchizedek, the role of Elihu in Job, Abraham as a prophet and other significant Old Testament topics. About the Editors

Stephen J. Andrews is professor of Hebrew and Old Testament at Midwestern Seminary, where he has served since 1998. He received his Doctor of Philosophy degree from Hebrew Union College—Jewish Institute of Religion, a ThM from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, an MDiv from Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary (now Palmer Theological Seminary), and a BA from Carson-Newman College.

William R. Osborne is assistant professor of biblical and theological studies at College of the Ozarks in Missouri. Previously he was adjunct professor teaching Hebrew and hermeneutics at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a faculty member at the Cameroon Baptist Theological Seminary in Cameroon, West Africa.

Russell L. Meek is assistant professor of Christian studies at Louisiana College. He has a BA from Henderson State University, an MA from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a PhD from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
