J. Dwight Pentecost

Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Bible Exposition, Adjunct Professor in Bible Exposition B.A., Hampden-Sydney College, 1937; Th.M., Dallas Theological Seminary, 1941; Th.D., 1956. Dr. Pentecost is recognized in every circle of evangelicalism for his 19 books, including Things to Come and The Words and Works of Jesus Christ. He pastored for 10 years before joining the Seminary faculty in 1955, and held a pastorate for 18 years during his faculty tenure. J. Ronald Blue

A former missionary and president of CAM International, Dr. J. Ronald Blue has traveled to more than fifty countries. He joined the staff of Dallas Seminary in 1965, winning the Faculty Award the same year, and served as professor and chair of the World Missions and Intercultural Studies department. Four years ago he helped to launch the Seminary’s Spanish Doctor of Ministry program in conjunction with Seminario Teológico Centro Americano (SETECA) in Guatemala. On May 13, 2006, the first graduates of this program were recognized during the Seminary’s commencement services. The author of Evangelism and Missions, Dr. Blue is married to Libby. Together they have three children: Lisa, Laurie, and David.

Robert B. Chisholm

While Dr. Chisholm enjoys teaching the full breadth of Old Testament Studies, he takes special delight in the major and minor prophets. He can take the intricacies of those books and communicate them for marketplace use, as evidenced in his published texts on the prophetic literature. Dr. Chisholm recently published Handbook on the Prophets. He was the translation consultant for the International Children’s Bible and for The Everyday Bible, and is senior Old Testament editor for the NET Bible.

John D. Hannah

John D. Hannah (born c. 1940s) is an author and professor at Dallas Theological Seminary. His official title is “Distinguished Professor of Historical Theology, Research Professor of Theological Studies. ” He served as the department chair of Historical Theology for over twenty years and has taught at DTS since 1972. Hannah is also an adjunct professor of Church History at Redeemer Seminary. He is also a member of the Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals.
