In his first 365-day devotional Dr. Jeremiah shares with you some of his greatest biblical discoveries and personal reflections. Sanctuary is the perfect gift for anyone who wants to spend time with God year after year.
“The key to dealing with temptation is to fill our minds with other things. Since temptation begins with our thoughts, changing what we think about is the key to victory.” (Page 89)
“You know, that is the greatest bargain the world has ever known. You give up your sin and you get His righteousness in return.” (Page 293)
“If our religion does nothing more than make us feel better about our sin, then that religion has doomed us, not saved us.” (Page 49)
“Prayer is the soul of man crying out in inadequacy to a God who is adequate, a God who is able to do what man cannot.” (Page 249)
“Prayer does not always change the situation and make it better, but prayer always changes us and makes us better.” (Page 348)
