Professor Kellner of Cambridge has already done some solid and useful work in Assyriology relating to the Hebrew sacred books. This essay illustrated with facsimilies and maps is a criticism and reconstruction of some parts of the text of Isaiah . . . It deserves wide circulation among biblical students.

For Visual Teachers: This book contains 28 low quality, unlabeled black and white pictures, mostly of Assyrian Reliefs. The strength of this book is the content which is short but valuable. The three most interesting pieces of this short book are: 1) Timeline of Assyrian and Biblical events together (arranged just in year format, no actual timeline) 2) Translations of Assyrian monuments like Taylor's prism 3) Chronological order of sections of Isaiah. The information in this book is unique and valuable, but I would not buy it for the pictures.
