Overview

The Church of God movement is a body of Christian believers that has sought to recover and be informed by the whole of Christian truth, especially “apostolic” truth narrated in Scripture. Contours of a Cause is a book about that movement. This author has a keen understanding of the significant ideas being discussed among today’s Christian thinkers. The book not only makes Church of God readers more aware of their own heritage, but also helps them see how their beliefs compare and contrast with those of other traditions.

In the Logos edition, all Scripture passages in Contours of a Cause are tagged and appear on mouse-over, and all Scripture passages link to your favorite Bible translation in your library. With Logos’ advanced features, you can perform powerful searches by topic or Scripture reference—finding, for example, every mention of “freedom” or “Post-Evangelical.”
