Christopher Partridge is Professor of Contemporary Religion at University College Chester, Cheshire, England. He is editor of New Religions: A Guide (2004) and the Dictionary of Contemporary Religion in the Western World (2002).

    This edition has been updated from 2005 to the second edition in 2013. The 2005 edition is available as a used book for less than $1 and shipping. Logos should get the updated version to sell at $58 which is about what it sells for as a new print edition.
