Logos Expects the Future of Bible Study Is a Teacher You Trust, Not AI or an Algorithm

As AI-generated spiritual content floods the internet, Logos is pushing for human curation by voices people actually trust.

BELLINGHAM, WA (May 5, 2026)—Something unexpected is happening in American Christianity. After years of declining engagement, Bible reading is surging: Barna’s State of the Church Report shows 42 percent of US adults now read the Bible weekly—a 12-point rebound after a 15-year low, with Gen Z and Millennials leading the way. At the same time, clergy received an all-time low of 27 percent on Gallup’s honesty and ethical standards report.

People aren’t less interested in Scripture. They’re just finding their guides somewhere else.

Logos, the world’s most popular Bible study platform, with over four million users globally, is building around that reality. The company is announcing the expansion of its Study Bundles program. This new model lets Christian creators, scholars, and ministry organizations curate a personalized collection of Bible study resources for their audiences, with revenue-sharing opportunities.

Logos has created dozens of Study Bundles with respected Christian leaders and organizations, such as Wesley Huff, Craig Keener, AACC, and others. For these leaders, Study Bundles answer one of the most common questions from their followers: How do you study the Bible? What books do you recommend?

“My community trusts me to point them toward resources that will actually help them know God better. That's a responsibility I take seriously,” says Nate Sala, apologist and creator of Wise Disciple. “My Study Bundle is how I make good on it—curated books, in a place built for real study, not just quick answers.”

Study Bundle creators are seeing the results, too. The average Study Bundle brings in tens of thousands of dollars, and creators are able to funnel proceeds of sales from their audience to support their ministry.

The timing is not incidental. As AI tools for Bible study multiply, offering instant answers to theological questions from sources with no name, no community, and no accountability, a growing number of believers are moving toward voices they know and trust. Study Bundles are built to fill the gap.

Unlike standard library collections, each Study Bundle is built around a trusted person or organization. The content comes from Logos’s library of more than 200,000 resources, drawn from its depth of publisher relationships established over thirty years. The curation—the judgment about which commentaries, reference works, and books are worth owning for their approach to Scripture, plus reading plans to fit their audience (coming soon)—belongs to the creator. Logos handles the platform (including AI search tools limited to books you own), the transaction, and the logistics.

“We believe the best Bible study happens in community, with people you trust. What’s changed is where those relationships are forming—and for a lot of people, that’s places like Instagram, a podcast, or a YouTube channel,” said Matthew Bennett, vice president of content products at Logos. “Study Bundles let the teachers people are already following take that one step further and say: ‘Here’s not just what I think, here’s what I'd put in your hands.’ We’re seeing incredible early results because that offer resonates with people who are hungry to know Scripture better.”

Study Bundles are available now at logos.com/study-bundles. Customers can browse by creator, topic, or tradition to find a curated collection from a teacher they already follow or one they’re about to discover.

Christian creators, scholars, and ministry organizations interested in building their own Study Bundle can direct inquiries partnerships(at)logos.com. Logos’s partner team works with each creator to design a collection that reflects their voice, serves their audience, and connects more deeply with the broader Logos community.
