This is truly an integration of the old term ‘Christian Education’ with the current term ‘Spiritual Formation.’ Habermas challenges the reader to recapture what has been lost by many in the field of Christian education for several decades. . . . This is a fresh and well thought through approach to the important foundational issues for those serving in areas of education ministry and spiritual formation.
