“Tapestry is a journey of poignant honesty, compelling poetry, and victorious praises that touched my heart as Kimberly shared her own. God gives us words in the night. Let us wait on him for the song.”
—Cindy Hughlett, recording artist and Director of Smallest Gifts Ministries
“Like the psalmist, Kimberly writes from her personal experiences and chooses to see them from the lens of God’s word, perfectly matching Scripture with her experiences. A truly uplifting collection of poetry.”
—Evelyn Higa, substitute teacher, Hawaii Department of Education
“This poetry collection is emotion born of suffering and sandwiched between the faithful love of God and his goodness. Being acquainted with poetess Kimberly’s struggles, and knowing her heart for the Lord Jesus Christ, it does not surprise me in the least that she is able to express herself and her feelings in such a raw yet beautiful way.”
—Kealoha Wells, Christian poetess
“I have known Kimberly for a number of years from the time we were in a women’s Bible study group. She often shared her poems with us, and I was impressed with her talent and how she linked each poem to a particular Bible verse. Her poetry evokes the raw emotions of daily struggles, along with the promise that faith in Jesus will overcome all obstacles.”
—Patti Sakai, mentor
