    Beautifull and heart stirring work. J.C. Ryle was a true blessing for his time, because he knew how to pray. Short but strong audio file, listen and pray more for the glory of God.

    This was a free audio book this month and I am glad it came up. I had never heard of it but it is an excellent discourse on prayer. This is different because Ryle gives reasons to believe most do not pray in a way that is intimate with God. He also shows how prayer is essential for a Christian to be a true Christian. If we do not pray in earnest, do we really believe God or wish to have a relationship with him? This may make you see you are not doing as well as you can. I know because it showed me that I need more work and more time spent on speaking with God.
