Thomas Hartwell Horne (1780–1862) was an English theologian and librarian for the Surrey Institution and the British Museum. He wrote over 40 works on bibliography, apologetics, and Bible commentaries. His best-known work is Introduction to the Critical Study and Knowledge of the Holy Scriptures. He is also the author of The Religious Necessity of the Reformation Asserted and the Extent to Which It was Carried in the Church of England Vindicated.
