Dr. Whaley has distinguished himself for 30 years by equipping and training worship leaders for the evangelical community. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Oklahoma and a D. Min. in church music ministry from Luther Rice Seminary. His life passions have been artistry, local church ministry, and music curriculum development to God's glory. He is also president of Integra Music Group, specializing in publishing and recording. His works as choral arranger makes him a favorite with many well-known artists.
