Overview

Discover an 8-stage process to lead your church from no cell groups to an expanding cell group base! These eight stages have been developed from interviews with North American cell-based pastors so that you can learn from their successes and failures. The stages are: • Discover the Cell Group Vision • Develop Vision and Strategy as a Team • Assess Your Church's Current Reality • Prepare Your Church Through Transformation • Launch Your First Groups with Kingdom-seekers • Generate Cell Group Momentum • Establish the Hidden Systems that Support Cells • Expand Your Cell Groups to Reach the Unreached These stages break down the transition process into eight manageable parts. If your church is just beginning its transition, this process will help you focus on building cell groups on a sure foundation. If you are in the midst of developing cell groups, the process highlights where to focus your energy. No matter the stage of cell group development in your church, this little book will help you identify how far you have advanced and articulate a plan that fits your church. About the Author M. Scott Boren serves as the Director of Research and Development for TOUCH Outreach Ministries, The Cell Group People.
