He led the "Year of Equipping" for over 1,000 South African churches after developing the framework in Singapore. Pastors in many nations, including Brazil, have now used this equipping track. He is currently Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary directing a Doctor of Ministry program, while still traveling the world as a consultant.
