Condensed Display at Top of Report Windows

Problem:

Report windows, such as Passage Guide, Exegetical Guide, Bible Word Study, Search Results, etc., open full size but are blank except for a condensed results section at the top, with a scroll bar on the right (as shown below):

Solution:

This is caused by a conflict with Internet Explorer 7. A fix is available in Libronix DLS version 3.0c and above. You can download the latest version by using the Tools | Libronix Update command. For more information on updating, see our support article.

If Line 46 occurs during update, you will need to uninstall Libronix using 'Add or Remove Programs' in Control Panel (or 'Uninstall a program' in Vista) before installing 3.0c or above from a CD/DVD, or the latest version from our website: http://www.logos.com/support/downloads/ldls/newuser.
