Search the Greek Database “Perseus”

- Exercise: Open the ESV NT Reverse Interlinear. Go to Romans 4:5. Right mouse click on the word “Justifies”, choose from the menu Selected Text, then choose the Greek Word labeled (Lemma), then choose Speed Search this resource.
Searching Fields (Words of Christ, Author)—Have you ever wanted to search only the words of Christ? Do this and more by searching for fields.
- Exercise: Open the New American Standard Bible 1995 Edition. Go to the main menu and choose Search, then choose Basic Search. In the search box, type the following: woc:pray. In the in box, click the drop down menu and select New American Standard Bible 1995 update. Then click the Search button. Click on the links and examine the search results.
