About Ken Hemphill and Richard Ross
Ken Hemphill is national strategist for Empowering Kingdom Growth, a joint initiative of the Southern Baptist Convention and LifeWay Christian Resources. His Ph.D. degree is from Cambridge University. He is the former president of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and has written a number of books including The Prayer of Jesus and Empowering Kingdom Growth.
Richard Ross is co-founder of the True Love Waits campaign. A veteran author and youth pastor for over thirty years, Ross has a Ph. D. in youth ministry and has appeared on NBC’s Today, Nightline with Ted Koppel, ABC Evening News, CNN Headline News, 48 Hours, and 20/20.
