Looking forward to this. It allows us an alternative family of texts that we can place alongside our other sets of texts for comparison sake, etc. Can't wait for its release!

The WEB is an overall good English version that uses the name Yahweh in the OT (instead of the LORD), includes the Apocrypha/Deuterocannon, and translates the NT from the Majority Text. It would be great to have reverse interlinear functionality available for it in the future, especially since there don't appear to be any other English versions in Logos that are based on the Majority Text.

I am waiting for World English Bible in LOGOS.

Interesting how everyone is wanting a translation based on the Majority texts. Since there is only ONE original manuscript, the majority texts idea would eliminate the ONE and only correct text.

Logos is probably the best bible software... but it is severely lacking in english translations form a majority text viewpoint. It would be nice to have this someday...

Looks like people have been waiting years for this. I'll cast my name into the lot bid. Seems like the public domain thing, while nice, does hold this translation back. Rather have it without the apocrypha.

I have been with Logos since Version 1.6. I love Logos and it is my 'everyday tool'. Even signed up for membership. Yet I can't get WEB. Why? I live in the third world and I need this Public Domain Bible NOW, not in years to come. Kindly put the distribution of the WORD above other considerations. After all, we are paying!
