Overview
Dr. E. K. Bailey (1945-2003) was the founder of the Concord Missionary Baptist Church of Dallas. His commitment to bring more attention to expository preaching birthed the E.K. Bailey Expository Preaching Conference in 1995, which continues as a major international influence in preaching. He was a model for expository preaching and juxtaposed it with the African-American preaching tradition. Dr. E. K. Bailey was my pastor, mentor, and friend. He was an incredible preacher and a leader's leader. I'll be first in line to get this new treasury of sermons when it becomes available. With this collection, "...though he is dead, he will yet speak"!!
