Overview

Daniel I. Block is Gunther H. Knoedler Professor Emeritus of Old Testament at Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois. This collection features two works by Block exploring the theological significance of worship and covenant. Block brings a lifetime of study and reflection, offering a comprehensive biblical foundation and illuminating Old Testament worship practices and principles. These volumes examine the heart and history of God’s redemptive plan and shows why the covenants are essential for our understanding of the Bible. He develops a theology of worship that is consistent with the teachings of Scripture and is applicable for the church today.

This includes the newest volume Covenant: The Framework of God’s Grand Plan of Redemption . Both the new volume and this collection are scheduled to ship in July 2021.
