Sinclair Buchanan Ferguson

Dr. Sinclair Ferguson is a native of Scotland and earned his Ph.D. at the University of Aberdeen. He was minister of two churches in Scotland, on the Island of Unst the most northerly of the Shetland Isles, and in St George’s-Tron, in the center of Glasgow, as well as serving in the USA at First Presbyterian Church, Columbia, S.C. In addition, he was for many years Professor of Systematic Theology at Westminster Seminary in Philadelphia and at Redeemer Seminary in Dallas. He is currently the honorary evening preacher in St Peter’s Free Church of Scotland, Dundee. He has authored around fifty books and contributed to many others. He and his wife Dorothy have been blessed with three sons and a daughter and eleven grandchildren.
