Francis Frangipane was born in 1946 and grew up in Lodi,
New Jersey. He and his wife, Denise, received ministerial training
at Grace Chapel in Southern California. Francis is the founder of
River of Life Ministries in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and traveled
throughout the world ministering to thousands of pastors and
intercessors from many backgrounds. He has written fourteen books,
including Holiness, Truth and the Presence of God, a
compilation of his essays and sermons; The Three
Battlegrounds, on the topic of spiritual warfare; and In
Christ's Image training manuals, which were developed for his
online school. His heartfelt prayer is to see established in every
city, Christ-like pastors and intercessors, united before God,
revealing the love of Christ to their communities. Over the past
decades, Francis served on a number of ministry boards. In June
2009, he has retired from his position as senior pastor of River of
Life Ministries and has been devoting himself to prayer and the
ministry of God's Word.
