A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Bishop Clifford L. Frazier,
completed his education at Ohio University, graduating cum laude
with a bachelor of science in telecommunications. He began pursuing
a career in the television industry in 1975, working initially with
NBC Network and subsequently with 3M. Also in 1975, Frazier married
Pamela J. Parks, another Cleveland native.
After receiving a call to ministry, the Fraziers abandoned their
professional careers and concentrated on God’s work. At the 1980
Pentecostal Assemblies of the World Convention in Miami, Frazier
was ordained. Just one year later, the Fraziers founded Calvary
Temple in Texas.
The Fraziers have authored the “Revelation Study Guide” and are
founders of the “Battle for the Family” marriage and family
seminars, which are held worldwide. Also early on in their
ministry, the Fraziers presented a daily half-hour live Heartline
Ministries Broadcast and a weekly “Straight From The Heart”
telecast.
In recent years, Frazier led Heartline Ministries to purchase a new
editing suite, which has been upgraded to a state-of-the-art
digital post-production suite. With the expanded graphics, media,
and 3D animation capabilities of the new studio, the ministry has
been able to provide high quality video production and print
services to both church and secular groups. Now known as TechnoRev
Productions, Inc., the company also builds and installs production
studios and computer systems designed for pastors and church
leaders. The upgrade has benefited the Fraziers’ ministry of family
counseling, as well, providing them with new audio and video
materials to help heal broken families. The Fraziers have seen the
Lord heal families and reunite broken marriages throughout their
many years in family counseling.
Frazier is now pastor of The City of Life Christian Church in St.
Louis, Missouri, and bishop of Abundant Life Ministries, an
organization dedicated to providing purpose-driven ministry
assistance. He is a highly sought-after conference speaker, and he
maintains an extensive speaking schedule around the world.
Fraizer holds a master’s of theology degree from Tyndale
Theological Seminary and is presently working toward his doctorate
in systematic theology.
