Tips do not pop up when mouse hovers over a keylink reference

Problem:

When you hover your mouse over a data type reference in a resource, the tip window does not appear, even though you have the keylink display set correctly. This problem is caused by the Aero color scheme in Windows Vista.

For example, you have the KeyLink Display for the Greek Strong's Number data type in keylink options set to "Preview KeyLink in Tip Window" (Tools | Options | KeyLink | Display). When you hover over a word in the King James Version a pop-up window should appear, containing the Strong's information. If the pop-up window does not appear, and your computer is running Windows Vista, please follow the steps in the solution below.

Solution:

1. Close Libronix.
2. Right-click on the Libronix DLS shortcut on your desktop and choose Properties.
3. Click on the Compatibility tab in the Properties window.
4. Check the Disable desktop composition box under Settings and click OK.
5. Open Libronix. The color scheme should change to Windows Vista Basic automatically. When Libronix is closed, it will switch back to Windows Aero.
