• Community Pricing, Pre-Publication, and pre-order products are excluded from most promotional discounts.

• Promotional discounts cannot be applied to payments due on a payment plan.

• Promotional discounts cannot be applied to past purchases.

• Promotional discounts cannot be applied to subscription purchases.

• Promotional codes cannot be combined on one product.

• Promotional codes are often restricted to use on a single Faithlife site.

• Promotional codes are non-transferable. To use them, you must be logged in to the Faithlife account associated with the email address the promotional code was delivered to.

• Order-level discounts cannot be combined to get more than one discount per order.

• Order-level discounts cannot be applied to store credit or gift card purchases.

• Order-level discounts are often ineligible on Logos Base Packages (unless otherwise indicated).
