Global Bible Reader Beta
What Is It?
Global Bible Reader helps you stay on track with your daily Bible readings by connecting you to a community of people all following the same reading schedule. Global Bible Reader presents you with today’s reading, keeps track of your progress, and lets you communicate with everyone else who’s reading with you.

How It Works
Once Global Bible Reader is installed, it displays an icon in the taskbar notification area (near the clock). Double-click that icon to open Global Bible Reader. Browse the available schedules by selecting them from the drop-down list (with a purple book icon) in the upper-left. The calendar icon (in the top-middle of the window) allows you to look at previous and upcoming readings in your chosen schedule.
Before you can start reading through a schedule, you must sign in with the email address and password you use to log in to logos.com. If you don't have a logos.com account, create one now in order to access all the features of Global Bible Reader. (If your name appears in the left hand column of this page above the My Account button, you already have a logos.com account. If you've forgotten your password, request that it be emailed to you.)
Once you've signed in, click the Done Reading button when you've finished reading today's passage. You're now subscribed to that schedule, and your progress will be tracked and shared (anonymously) with all other Global Bible Reader users. Additionally, a dot will be placed on the globe at your geographical location for other users to see. To discuss today's reading with other users, click the Comments tab and share your thoughts.
To send feedback to the development team, post in the beta newsgroup.

Help / FAQs
What do the Red and Green Dots Mean?
Green dots on the globe indicate a user who is on schedule. Red dots indicate a user who is one or more readings behind schedule.
How Do I Sign In?
To sign in, you must create a logos.com account. If you already have an account, but don't remember the password, you can have it emailed to you.
Can I Create My Own Schedule?
No, you can only read the schedules created by Logos. The ability to create your own schedule is a feature we're considering for the future.
Can I Share Comments Only With My Church / Bible Study Group / Friends?
The current version does not support private “chatrooms” or Bible reading groups. However, this is a feature we're considering for the future.
Can I Read In a Different Bible Version?
Global Bible Reader supports a number of different Bible versions; to change the version that is displayed, click the appropriate icon in the upper-right of the window. You cannot add extra versions to Global Bible Reader. However, if you are a Libronix DLS user, you can click the Libronix DLS icon in the upper-right to open the current reading (in your favorite Bible) in LDLS.
