About the Authors
Merrill F. Unger (A.B., Ph.D. Johns Hopkins University; Th.M., Th.D. Dallas Theological Seminary) pastored several churches, and served as professor of Old Testament studies at Dallas Theological Seminary from 1948 to 1967. He authored many reference books, including The New Unger's Bible Dictionary, Unger’s Commentary on the Old Testament, and What Demons Can Do to Saints.
Gary N. Larson (B.A., St. Paul Bible College; M.A., Wheaton Graduate School; Ph.D., University of Chicago) has served as dean of the division of Humanities and Theological Studies and associate professor of Communications for Wheaton College, Wheaton, Illinois. His work appears in the reference edition of the New International Version and he is a contributor to The Quest Study Bible and Baker Dictionary of the Bible.
