Example Study: Beginning a Basic Topical Study
- Open Logos to the Home Page.
- In the "Go" box, enter the word or topic you're interested in.
We're using "Grace" for this tutorial.
- Press Enter to look up the first entry ("Grace").
- (Optional:) Or, choose another topic from the list.
Note: When entering a topic, you may see suggested scripture references based on your topic. Selecting these will begin a Passage Study. For the purpose of this tutorial, we're going to stick with topics instead.
What You Get:
A Topic Study Layout should open. On the left, you will see the Topic Guide, Sermon Starter Guide and Bible Word Study. These can be very helpful for gathering related information and starting a sermon (or lesson plan).
On the right, your Preferred Bible (open to the first entry from the Topic Guide's "Key Verses" section) and your top 5 Topical and Bible Dictionaries.
Tip: Individual results may vary, based on your individual Library. Not seeing the Topic Guide or Sermon Starter Guide? These features are unique to the Logos 5 Base Packages. You may need to upgrade your Logos library.
