Libronix Update Error Code 6
Error Code 6 halts the progress of an installation or upgrade of Libronix. This error can occur for different reasons. Follow the appropriate solution based on the Exception number in the error on your computer.
Problem: Exception 0x800736b1
Error code: 6 Internal Error. Exception 0x800736b1: This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
This error is caused by missing MSXML4 manifest files. Use this solution:
Problem: Exception 0x80070002
Error code: 6 Internal Error. Exception 0x80070002: The system cannot find the file specified.
You may receive this error if you installed Libronix DLS in one folder and then, in a later installation of Libronix, chose to install Libronix in a different folder. Uninstalling and reinstalling using the Special Uninstall and Reinstall Instructions may resolve the error. If it does not, please contact technical support for help.
Problem: Exception 0x80070070
Error code: 6 Exception 0x80070070: There is not enough space on the disk. (Source: [filename])
This error is caused by low disk space. You may be able to increase disk space by deleting unnecessary files (such as temporary files, etc.). However, it may require even more space, which could require a new or second hard drive. If you have a second hard drive with enough disk space, purge Libronix using the Special Uninstall and Reinstall Instructions, then install to the second drive by choosing a Custom installation.
