Shipping Policy

We process orders for in-stock merchandise in one to two business days. Orders are processed through the warehouse very quickly, so it is unlikely that we will be able to intercept an order and make changes once it has been placed. Please note that orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time will ship the following business day. This excludes Saturday or Sunday and certain holidays.

Orders with express shipping selected (“2-Day” or “Next Day”) are processed and shipped within one business day. However, “2-Day” and “Next Day” indicate the estimated delivery time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and do not include the processing time at our fulfillment center.

If you received a damaged item, we will ship the exchange item free of shipping charges.
