The Home Page cannot be displayed

The Home Page cannot be displayed

Problem:

The Home page displays the message:

"The page cannot be displayed. The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings."

Solution:

Close Libronix, then delete temporary Internet files using instructions below for Internet Explorer 6 or 7:

Internet Explorer 6:

  1. Close Libronix.
  2. Open Internet Explorer. 
  3. Click on ToolsInternet Options
  4. On the General tab, under Temporary Internet Files, click on Delete Files.
  5. Check the box next to Delete all offline content and click OK. (Note: This operation may take some time.) 
  6. When finished, click OK to close the Internet Options window.  Close Internet Explorer. 

Internet Explorer 7:

  1. Close Libronix.
  2. Open Internet Explorer.
  3. Click on Tools | Internet Options.
  4. On the General tab, under Browsing history, click on Delete.
  5. Under Temporary Internet Files, click on Delete files, then Yes. (Note: This operation may take some time.) 
  6. When finished, click Close and OK to close the Delete Browsing History and Internet Options windows.
  7. Close Internet Explorer.

Restart Libronix to see if the home page will now load. If it does not, please contact Customer Support at (800) 875-6467 or tech@logos.com.
